Anniversary

anniversaryI’ve been writing this blog since June of 2011.  I’ve posted the blog twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursdays each week without fail.  Some blogs I’ve repeated, certainly some information has been repeated in different ways.  The purpose of my blog is to share tips that will make your work life and home life a little easier.  My ideas come from you, my readers, my clients and/or my everyday life.

June will be devoted to tips on being your best – employee, supervisor, manager and leader.  This blog is for you to learn from and to help you any way I can.  I need your assistance with ideas and tips that you want to hear about.

Please take a little time to answer these questions.  If you’d rather not answer them in the comments area below, please send me an email by using the contact form or email address if you’ve got it.

Questions:
What do you want to know about being your best – employee, supervisor, manager and leader?

What is your greatest challenge at work?

If you could have three work related wishes granted, what would they be?

What have you learned in the past about being your best?

Any ideas for future blogs or themes for the upcoming months?

What blogs have been the most helpful?  What subject areas are you most interested in?

Thank you for reading, for your comments, for passing these along on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.  I am thrilled that you are enjoying the posts and actually read them.

I know this is a short post – I hope you’ll help me out!

Thanks and Happy Anniversary to MEEEEEEE!

I would like to receive your thoughts, however many and however diverse, on Leadership. What qualities does a leader possess, and how can one best prepare himself/herself to be one. How would you develop a curriculum or syllabus to teach a course to young men and women on the subject?

I know this is a very broad topic, but your thoughts should appeal to many. I do know you have earlier written one blog on the subject. I am asking for more.

    Thank you.

What do you want to know about being your best – employee, supervisor, manager and leader? Being the best leader

What is your greatest challenge at work? Departments operating in silos

If you could have three work related wishes granted, what would they be? Attend Western CUNA Management school, partner with the CEO or CFO or COO as a professional coach, public recognition (at the workplace) of my accomplishments and contributions

What have you learned in the past about being your best? Never play favorites. Don’t let others push your buttons. Count to 10 and remain professional.

Any ideas for future blogs or themes for the upcoming months?

What blogs have been the most helpful? What subject areas are you most interested in? Love the ones that can cross over to home life and work life
