Following is a blog from last October.  A few things have happened lately that sent me looking for these thoughts.  I hope you'll enjoy them again.

Far Less for More!

A great way to reduce your stress and feeling of overwhelm is to plan on doing less.  Sounds like a simple concept that is not so simple to implement.  That is the point – keep it simple.  Here are some tips to help you accomplish this simple task.

Stress is here!  Tis the season to be stressed.  The anticipation of all that needs to be done is enough to raise your blood pressure.  Here are some tips to play with during the next couple of months.  All you have to lose is that overwhelmed feeling – not bad!
