I just read a CNN article about Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook. She leaves work every day at 5:30 so she can be home with her children by 6:00 PM to have dinner. She does admit to reading her work email after her children are in bed.

Yes it is, in the short term.
With each new job or assignment I tend to keep some of those duties that I’m really good at, that I can do better and faster than others. What I notice is I have more and more to do and less time to do it – old tasks and new tasks.
